We are looking for more Trustees committed to making a tangible difference and having their voices heard to help us in our mission

We are particularly looking for a Treasurer and a Vice Chair. 

As Treasurer you should be adept at advising on financial matters, accounts, budgets, and be able to provide regular overviews to the Trustees at every monthly Trustee meeting. 

As Vice Chair you will have experience of running an organisation, ideally a charity, and have experience of governance”

The Squeeze was established in 2023 to help those who are suffering financial hardship as a result of the cost-of-living crisis. We work with our charity partners who identify individuals and families facing short-term financial hardship, and apply to us for funding.  By giving financial donations to those in urgent need, we know that we are making a difference which is often a lifeline for many people  in our communities

Our microgrants are sourced from generous donations given by individuals and businesses and they do not require repayment.

Trustees will serve an initial term of three years, during which there will be ample opportunities for significant input and meaningful contributions.
